mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">开班典礼在热烈掌声中结束，班主任赵淑丽老师以诗般的导语拉开本次培训的帷幕。开班第一课《国际基础教育发展走向》，主讲教授梁志群。梁志群，文学博士，华中师范大学城市与环境科学院党委书记，美国奥古斯坦纳大学访问学者，美国堪萨斯大学孔子学院首任中方院长。在美访学与工作期间，考察了美国的大、中、小学，访问了美国州政府、教育厅、学区的负责人，对美国的基础教育、高等教育现状深有体会。 <span style="line-height: 150%; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">梁博士笑谈,自己不生产理论与知识，只做教育理念的搬运工。他以《国际基础教育发展方向》为题，从选题的由来切入，用中国老师在国外的教育实验让大家了解国际基础教育的新走向，借用旅美教育专家黄全愈的“中美教育比较”研究，带领学员思考、评判中美教育。 <h3>      在为时三个小时的讲座过程中，梁博士拿大家熟悉的手机说事，以平常得不能再平常的笔尖钢为例，在一个又一个深入浅出的案例分享中，剖析美国基础教育特征，引领学员们对中西方教育体制有了更深入的认识，从而对目前的教育形势达成一致共识：面对日益发达的新形势，培养学生多元文化的理解能力和国际竞争意识，拓展学生的国际视野才能适应时代的发展。</h3> <h3>梁博士将中国小学生守则与美国小学生守则做了详细的对照，引导学员思考，作为德育任课教师如何放低身段，让学校的德育工作更接地气。</h3> <span style="line-height: 150%; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">梁博士的讲座总是在朴实而风趣的话语中将教育理论与实践结合起来，让每一位学员真切感受到思想火花的冲击：学习不能闭门造车，应取长补短，顺应时代变迁和国际教育发展，吸收和借鉴国际上先进教育思想和理念，促进区域教育与学校教育的内涵发展和特色发展。这为学员今后的教育教学工作带来了借鉴和参考。 <h3>       课后，颜肇鹏班长与学员分享课后收获。他说，梁博士以自己在美国工作和生活的经历，通过详实的数据和丰富的图片，就中美两国社会状况和教育体制结构、文化与教育观念的异同等方面进行比较，对中美两国教育的现状及其利弊进行分析，提出中美基础教育可以相互借鉴的启示。教育理念的更新，与国际化教育的接轨是我们教育者终身探索的课题。他代表全体学员向梁博士的分享与引领，表达了由衷的感谢。 </h3> <span style="font-family: 宋体; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">    用过午餐，感受了华师大学生食堂独特的饮食文化，学员们一下就找到了学生时代的记忆。带着这样的感觉，走进武汉市江岸区小学教研员张亮老师的课堂，学员们那份美好的学生时代的情愫更浓烈了。       张亮老师曾先后荣获湖北省品德学科优秀教研员、市五一劳动奖章等荣誉称号。她才华横溢，荣获全国优质课一等奖，武汉市教师五项技能大赛一等奖，武汉市首届品德教师素养大赛一等奖，是人教社统编《道德与法治》培训专家。2003年，CCTV教育频道《中国教师》系列节目曾对她作专题报道。 <h3>      张亮老师不愧是名师，她以部编一年级三年级《道德与法治》教材分析为载体，围绕“帮孩子过有道德的法治生活”这一话题，通过讲故事、角色体验、新闻报道、文体解读、方法建议等方式与学员们进生积极的互动，产生了智慧的碰撞，教育理念的交融，学员们深有收获。</h3> <span style="font-family: 宋体;
